Submitting a commission request means you have read and agreed to my terms of service.

I have the right to decline a commission.

We agree on everything needed upfront (depending on the situation, elements added later on might be charged extra).

I will give you the estimated delivery time. I often proceed at my own pace.

We can agree on a deadline if needed. If I won’t be able to meet the deadline, I will inform you about it as soon as I can.

I don’t accept deadlines for any free of charge commissions. I can also cancel them at any time.

I will provide updates (such as recordings or screenshots) as I make progress on your commission, but you can also ask me for an update at any time.

I will cover any necessary adjustments during the first two weeks after the files are delivered. After that period, any changes might be charged additionally.

I have the right to showcase the finished work on all of my platforms. Please inform me if you require the commission to be kept private until a certain time.

I accept payment in EUR, USD or PLN.

I accept payments through Paypal (different payment methods can be discussed).

I will not send any final files before receiving the full payment.

Depending on the progress of the commission, partial refunds may be possible.

I offer a full refund if I, for any reason, will be unable to complete the commission. You can receive all the files from the project if I have already started.
